Hi, I’m Natasha, an HR Consultant at HRPPL based in Spalding, South Lincolnshire  with over 15 years of hands‑on HR experience across a wide range of sectors including transport, food production, warehousing, construction, farming, and more. I’m also a mum of two boys, so I know all about juggling priorities and making every minute count.

I’m genuinely passionate about employment legislation and case law, and I love helping businesses stay compliant, confident, and protected.
